Responsibilities
- Ensure effective detailing to doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote our products.
- Accurately and timely process all orders.
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
- Effectively sell and promote Excel Charis' prescription drugs.
- Identify prospective business opportunities for the company.
- Implement various strategies to increase awareness of Excel Charis products.
- Build and maintain good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Follow up on leads generated by the company.
- Prepare presentations for potential customers.
- Ensure receivables are kept low and work towards timely collections of payment for orders and deposit into designated banks.
- Increase customer base and serve distributors, major institutions, and other key accounts.
