As an HIV Community Tester, you will play a crucial role in our efforts to reduce the spread of HIV and TB in Enugu State. This involves conducting community testing for HIV, identifying individuals at risk, and ensuring they receive the necessary medical care. This position requires working in Enugu North, Enugu South, and Oji-River local government areas, offering essential services to rural communities.
Job Detail
Responsibilities
- Conduct community-based HIV testing in designated areas.
- Identify and refer individuals with HIV to nearby free medical centers.
- Provide educational outreach on HIV/AIDS and TB prevention.
- Collaborate with local health authorities to facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of testing and referrals.
