RapidCheck Diagnostics & Wellness Ltd, a leading provider of affordable and high-quality point-of-care instruments and kits, is seeking a Customer Service/Support Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. Our innovative products, including the Kiptrack 2 in 1 monitoring system, help individuals manage their diabetes effectively by allowing easy monitoring of both blood glucose and blood pressure simultaneously. As a Customer Service/Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Qualifications
