  • Develop a sales plan and strategy for the market to meet company sales targets and profitability.
  • Manage the sale of company products and services in specified geographical areas.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Network effectively between customers and the sales team to channel products through the customer's dealer network.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
  • Achieve sales targets for assigned products and regions/key accounts by managing effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor product performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and increase business share over competitors.
  • Develop a good customer base, manage customer relations, and facilitate business meetings/seminars to boost customer intimacy.
  • Prepare visit plans/schedules to achieve customer intimacy at various levels.
