The role of School Administrator at City Sports Group is crucial for the smooth functioning of daily center operations and ensuring that all sports programs and activities are well-coordinated and executed. The administrator will oversee center activities, prioritize and delegate work activities, and ensure adherence to health and safety procedures. This position requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple tasks, provide excellent customer service, and support the development of both staff and students.

The School Administrator will play a vital role in organizing and coordinating sports programs, camps, and tours. They will assist in curriculum development, review, and implementation, ensuring that the programs align with the organization's goals of leadership development and social impact. The administrator will also be responsible for advising on and executing training and development for coaches and center managers, ensuring a high standard of education and professional growth within the organization.

In addition to administrative duties, the School Administrator will act as a liaison between the company and clients/parents, maintaining good communication and addressing any inquiries. Job Detail

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily center operations and coordinate activities through assigned staff.
  • Prioritize and delegate work activities.
  • Organize and coordinate sports programs.
  • Assist in planning and organizing camps, tours, and other sports programs.
  • Assist with curriculum development, review, implementation, and supervision.
  • Advise on, plan, and execute training and development for coaches and center managers.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures.
  • Attend to inquiries and perform other administrative duties.
  • Assist in the admission process for new intakes, ensuring a smooth induction.
  • Serve as the liaison between the company and clients/parents.
  • Maintain good communication skills with clients/parents.
  • Collaborate with coaches and center managers to develop engaging sports programs.
  • Participate in and support staff participation in programs, education, and training opportunities offered by City Sports Group.
  • Work with coaches and administrative staff to deliver the best experience to clients.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, professional and healthcare standards, and mandatory education related to risk management and occupational health and safety.
