We are currently seeking a young, beautiful, and focused lady to join our team as a Secretary/Receptionist. The ideal candidate must be dedicated, capable of multitasking, and willing to take on new roles. Proficiency in computer use, along with reasonable typing skills and speed, is essential. The ability to deliver tasks on time without supervision is also required.

Job Detail


  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Handle requests and queries from senior managers.

Job Requirements
