As an HMO Support Officer at Medcourt Pharmacy Limited, you will be an integral part of our operations team, ensuring that Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) enrollees receive their medications promptly and accurately. You will collaborate closely with various units within the company to maintain a seamless supply chain and ensure client satisfaction. Your role will involve managing relationships with HMOs, coordinating logistics, and handling claims and accounts, among other responsibilities.

Job Detail
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the HMO Operations Team to ensure timely and accurate dispensing, packing, and dispatching of drugs to HMO enrollees.
- Collaborate with the Procurement Unit to ensure the availability of drugs.
- Fulfill orders from HMOs accurately and promptly.
- Attend to urgent requests for drug dispensing, packaging, and dispatching to enrollees.
- Liaise with HMOs and their enrollees to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure on-demand order delivery.
- Ensure claims for fulfilled orders are accurately and promptly collated, sent to HMOs, and payments received.
- Keep proper records of undelivered orders/packages.
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of accounts with HMOs.
- Maintain records of all enrollees, drugs, and contacts.
- Conduct regular price surveys.
- Monitor and manage short-dated drugs.
- Perform other assigned tasks while maintaining performance on core duties.
