The Field Sale/Service Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance and service of a diverse range of diesel generators from 15KVA to 1MW. The role demands a balance of technical expertise and sales acumen to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Job Detail
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular service and maintenance of diesel generators at customer sites.
- Perform fault finding and diagnosis on various diesel generator sets.
- Resolve both electrical and mechanical engine problems.
- Replace electrical and mechanical components as needed.
- Conduct basic engine servicing tasks.
- Execute site testing procedures.
- Participate in the on-call rota for emergency services.
- Maintain customer liaison, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Adhere to company health & safety standards.

Qualifications
