Chateau Royal Real Estate Limited Incorporated, a prominent real estate firm based in Lagos, is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the position of General Manager, Real Estate Business Development. This full-time role is pivotal in driving the company's strategic sales and marketing initiatives, aiming to position Chateau Royal as the premier real estate company in Nigeria.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional skills in business development, sales, and marketing, coupled with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience in general management within the real estate industry. The General Manager will work closely with the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer to develop and implement strategies that maximize income, manage budgets, and promote the company’s real estate products effectively.

Responsibilities
- Formulating and articulating the strategic plan for sales growth and other revenue streams to achieve the company's objectives.
- Promoting and positioning Chateau Royal as the premier real estate company in Nigeria.
- Preparing and managing the company's sales and marketing budgets to achieve financial targets.
- Identifying and refining products and services for market suitability, working with consulting and construction divisions.
- Overseeing branding, packaging, and messaging of real estate products to build market-leading awareness.
- Managing and coordinating marketing strategies across various platforms including social media, TV, and direct marketing.
- Providing motivation and direction to the sales organization to execute marketing models and promotions.
- Developing pricing strategies for real estate products based on market conditions and profit targets.
- Managing buyer/client payment plans and liaising with the finance department for timely collection of sales proceeds.
- Conducting market research and competition analysis to identify customer requirements and new opportunities.

Qualifications
