Officially launched in February 2017, KEFC has grown significantly, operating over 20 branches from its initial office in Abeokuta. Adebowale Adenrele, with his extensive experience in the Nigerian banking sector, has steered KEFC towards addressing the financial challenges of SMEs and traders. KEFC’s mission is to provide affordable loans to SMEs and petty traders, significantly improving the financial landscape for those traditionally excluded from financial services.

We are currently looking for a motivated Credit Support Officer to join our team in Abeokuta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loan product sales, customer recruitment, and the overall management of financial services delivery in Southwest Nigeria, including Ogun State and Ibadan. This role demands a professional with strong analytical skills, creativity, and a drive for excellence in the financial services industry.
Job Detail
Responsibilities
- Customer recruitment and recruitment documentation.
- Review of loan requests and processing.
- Assessment and evaluation of customer creditworthiness and risks involved.
- Ledger updating and documentation.
- Repayment collections and system transaction posting.
- Monitor the progress of new and existing loans.
