Kaylog Economic Freedom Campaign (KEFC) is an innovative non-governmental organization dedicated to combating poverty through affordable micro-credit facilities for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and petty traders. Founded by Adebowale Adenrele in 2016 and officially launched in February 2017, KEFC has grown from a single office in Abeokuta to over 20 branches across Nigeria. Our mission is to address the financial challenges faced by SMEs and traders by providing accessible financial services, thus improving the lives of our customers daily.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Business Manager to join our dynamic team in Abeokuta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing loan product sales, customer recruitment, and the overall management of financial services delivery in Ogun State and Ibadan. This role demands a professional with strong analytical skills, creativity, and a drive for excellence in the financial services industry.

Job Detail
Responsibilities
- Customer recruitment and recruitment documentation.
- Review of loan requests and processing.
- Assessment and evaluation of customer creditworthiness and risks involved.
- Ledger updating and documentation.
- Repayment collections and system transaction posting.
- Monitor the progress of new and existing loans.
