Marsh, the world’s leading insurance broker, is seeking a Multinational Broker to join their team in Lagos, Nigeria. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dedicated team, providing advisory and executive services to a diverse portfolio of multinational clients. As a Multinational Broker, you will be responsible for managing renewals, invoicing, and identifying client needs, ensuring all client queries are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities include servicing a client portfolio, overseeing renewal procedures, developing and expanding your client base, and providing multinational strategic advice for large global programs. You will also be involved in global tenders and defensive reviews to ensure Marsh’s services are utilized effectively. Additionally, you will act as an ambassador for Marsh, both internally and externally, and contribute to the development of marketing materials to showcase Marsh’s value proposition.
To succeed in this role, you should have commercial or corporate insurance experience, strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is

Responsibilities
- Service a client portfolio of multinational clients
- Oversee renewal procedures from start to finish
- Ensure invoicing and financial information are managed correctly
- Develop and expand your portfolio of clients
- Attend and support client visits
- Work closely with Marsh overseas offices
- Communicate and deliver multinational strategic advice
- Participate in global tenders and defensive reviews
- Act as an ambassador for Marsh Multinational
- Provide advice on complex regulatory issues
- Develop marketing material to evidence Marsh’s value proposition
- Act as a mentor to multinational colleagues
- Conduct internal reviews and audits of insurance placements
- Participate in the group audit program for risk products
