We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. This remote position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the recruitment process.
Job Detail
Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and attract high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Provide career advice and support to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet client demands.
- Utilize data-driven insights to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to management and clients as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
