As an Industrial Electrician at The Papilon Plastics Company Limited, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment used in our manufacturing processes. Job Detail
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, including motors, transformers, generators, switchboards, and control panels.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to understand electrical systems and schematics.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards during all installations and repairs.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to address electrical issues that affect manufacturing processes.
- Test electrical systems and equipment to verify their functionality and safety, using appropriate testing instruments and tools.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on electrical maintenance procedures and safety practices.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and electrical system modifications.
