Job Detail
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Perform laundry tasks, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding clothes.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
- Manage and dispose of waste responsibly.
- Use specialized cleaning equipment and tools as needed.
- Communicate effectively with residents and the management team.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.
