JSK Consulting Group is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head, Human Resources to lead the human resources initiatives and operations of our esteemed consulting firm in Lagos, Lagos State. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the HR team.
- Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to business strategy and decision-making.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.

- Implement initiatives to enhance employee morale and satisfaction.
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
