We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in Lagos. The Customer Success Manager will play a vital role in building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving retention and growth. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support.
Your main duties will include onboarding new customers, providing product demonstrations, resolving any customer issues, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

- Train clients on new features and updates.
