The Impeccable Skills Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Marketer to join our expanding team in Lagos, Lagos State. As our paperboard manufacturing plant broadens its operations to include the production of finished products such as rigid and collapsible boxes, hard cases, lever arch files, jigsaw puzzles, and children's board books, we are looking for a dedicated marketer to help us transition smoothly into this new venture.
The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in market research, demand generation, and client relationship management, alongside a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns in the paperboard manufacturing or related industry. Honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility are crucial qualities we seek in our employees.
In this role, you will conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, develop strategies to generate demand for our finished products, and design comprehensive marketing campaigns to increase market penetration. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential off-takers and understand their needs for finished paperboard products.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate demand for our finished products among potential buyers.
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns aimed at unlocking future demand and increasing market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and enhance the company’s brand presence in the market through various channels, including digital marketing, trade shows, and industry events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales tools and materials, and provide support in closing deals with key accounts.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, results, and market trends for senior management.
