Responsibilities
- Maintain and support the site's IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and end-user computing devices.
- Monitor IT service performance against agreed service levels and performance metrics.
- Provide first-line response for IT incidents and service requests.
- Implement changes to IT systems and configurations in accordance with organizational change management procedures.
- Maintain security measures to protect data and IT assets at the site.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements and contractual obligations.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and IT trends.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams, business units, and external partners.
Job Requirements

Qualifications
