Valaris Limited is seeking ambitious and talented individuals to join their Engineer Management Development Program in Aba, Abia. This 2.5-year development program is designed to fast-track Engineer Trainees into future management roles within the Valaris Operations group.
Participants will experience a hands-on, immersive journey through various offshore rotational exposures, international assignments, leadership training, and program projects. As an Engineer Trainee, you will complete mandatory training to work offshore, participate in comprehensive developmental phases, and engage in reports, projects, and presentations required by the program.
