As a Sales Executive/Marine, you will be an integral part of our sales team, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional real estate services. Your role will involve engaging in referral marketing, contract negotiation, understanding and enhancing customer lifetime value, utilizing POS (point of sale) systems, generating and qualifying leads, and possessing in-depth product-specific knowledge.

- Actively engage in referral marketing to expand the client base.
