As a Grants and Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing grant funding opportunities and developing strategic partnerships to advance FriendnPal's mission and goals. This role requires strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Job Detail

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential grant opportunities that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Prepare, write, and submit high-quality grant proposals and applications.
  • Manage and oversee the grant application process, including timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with grant terms and conditions, including reporting and financial documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all grant activities, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including foundations, corporations, government agencies, and other organizations.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with existing and potential partners to support organizational initiatives and projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify partnership opportunities that align with program goals and objectives.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and contracts.
