The role of Fleet Supervisor is critical to our operations, ensuring all transportation needs are met, vehicles are meticulously maintained, drivers are thoroughly trained, travel routes are regularly assessed and updated in coordination with the security department, and any operational gaps are promptly addressed. The Fleet Supervisor will manage drivers to adhere to strict schedules, develop strategies for greater fuel efficiency, maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspections, comply with Federal and State Ministry of Transport laws and regulations on all trips, and ensure regular vehicle maintenance to maximize operational efficiency.
The Fleet Supervisor must also ensure strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime, monitor driver behavior to maintain a high level of customer service, analyze data to improve business operational efficiency, and utilize GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles.

Qualifications
