Punuka Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to aiding challenged children and empowering youth to contribute meaningfully to society by reducing suffering and neglect in Nigeria. We are seeking an innovative and proactive Project Manager to support our Museum Centre in Asaba, driving impactful programs and initiatives to promote art, history, culture, and the justice system in Nigeria.

As the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in curating and managing exhibitions that highlight the life and works of the renowned Justice Idigbe, ensuring that presentations are both educational and engaging. You will also create and implement educational initiatives, such as workshops, lectures, and interactive displays, to promote awareness and understanding of Justice Idigbe's contributions.

Building partnerships with schools, universities, and community organizations will be a key aspect of your role, fostering engagement and participation in museum activities. You will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and executing various projects, ensuring that all objectives are met within the specified time frames and budgets. Your proficiency in project management tools and MS Office will aid in the smooth execution of these tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Curate and manage exhibitions that highlight the life and works of renowned Justice Idigbe, ensuring educational and engaging presentations.
  • Create and implement educational initiatives, such as workshops, lectures, and interactive displays, to promote awareness and understanding of Justice's contributions.
  • Build partnerships with schools, universities, and community organizations to foster engagement and participation in museum activities.
  • Plan, budget, and execute various projects ensuring they are completed within specified time frames and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage the daily operations of the Museum Centre, ensuring a high standard of visitor experience.
  • Promote the museum through various marketing and public relations activities.

Qualifications
