- Go around the city to create business awareness and open online stores for prospective vendors.
- Help vendors create good images and descriptions of products to be published online.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, identifying and onboarding new prospects.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to vendors.
- Ensure proper documentation of vendors and maintain their payment records.
- Collect feedback and insights to improve the overall customer experience.
- Communicate findings to the management team for strategic decision-making.
