The International Finance Corporation (IFC) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join their Human Resources Department in Lagos, Nigeria. The HR Department is a strategic partner to the business, aiding in the development and implementation of workforce strategies to achieve organizational goals. This role is vital for supporting the full lifecycle recruitment process and ensuring that IFC attracts, develops, and deploys a diverse and skilled talent pool in the Africa region.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the rollout and strategic implementation of an end-to-end recruitment model. Reporting to the Global Recruitment Team Lead and working closely with Africa Recruitment Officers, you will manage various aspects of the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate onboarding. Your efforts will ensure adherence to recruitment metrics, including time to fill, workforce plan completion, diversity of hires, and both Hiring Manager and candidate experiences.

Your responsibilities will include conducting longlisting, managing the recruitment and appointment processes, and providing a positive candidate experience. You will also track requisition statuses and metrics, support recruitment drives, assist in developing talent pipelines, and promote IFC as an employer of choice through talent outreach events.

Job Detail

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute the full lifecycle recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding for all requisitions in the region.
  • Ensure adherence to metrics on time to fill, workforce plan completion, diversity of hires, Hiring Manager experience, and candidate experience.
  • Track recruitment status and manage the recruitment and appointment process.
  • Post vacancies, update candidate status, schedule job launch meetings and interviews.
  • Administer recorded video interviews and assessments, manage online interview forms.
  • Liaise with candidates to gather required information, coordinate on the salary offer, issue appointment letters.
  • Coordinate with global mobility teams on benefits and relocation.
  • Initiate onboarding and administer the background screening process.
  • Conduct longlisting, with due attention to business requirements.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through clear and transparent processes, timely communication, and incorporating candidate feedback.
  • Track requisition status and relevant metrics to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Support recruitment drives and batch hiring processes for the region.
  • Assist Recruitment Officers in developing and maintaining talent pipelines and candidate sourcing channels.
  • Support talent outreach events in the region and actively promote IFC as an employer of choice.
