County Finance is seeking a motivated and experienced Deposit Mobilization Officer to join our team at our Ikeja office in Lagos. As a Deposit Mobilization Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the deposit mobilization division of our business. Your primary duties will involve sourcing potential depositors, ensuring all account opening forms are accurately completed, and keeping clients informed about their deposit status. You will need to develop and execute business plans aimed at attracting substantial new deposits from targeted markets, leveraging your existing customer relationships and networking skills.
Building and maintaining strong connections with both corporate and individual clients is a key part of this role. You will be expected to establish contact with new clients, while also enhancing relationships with existing ones. Additionally, you will innovate and implement new methods for rewarding depositors, ensuring that our offerings remain attractive and competitive.
Adherence to regulatory standards is critical. You will coordinate with the management team to apply due diligence, protecting the interests of both the organization and the depositors. Responsibilities
- Support the business' deposit mobilization division.
- Source for high-end customers and persuade them to deposit money into a fixed account.
- Ensure the opening forms for deposit accounts are adequately completed and registered.
- Advise the client of the status of their deposit.
- Build and execute a business plan to attract fresh deposits from targeted markets.
- Foster and maintain connections with corporate clients and individual depositors.
- Establish contact with both new and existing clients.
- Create and enhance new methods for rewarding depositors.
- Ensure due diligence to meet regulatory standards and protect the organization and depositors' interests by coordinating with the management team.

Qualifications
