As a Business Development Manager at Phillips Outsourcing, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and expansion of our business. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with customers to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure retention of existing businesses through the implementation of customer service retention schemes.
  • Review market research to determine opportunities that exist and ways to capitalize on them.
  • Develop new business leads and prospects.
  • Follow through to ensure that all required documents are provided for operations, relevant insurance documents are delivered to customers, and claims payments are followed through.
  • Reconcile accounts with brokers, credit control, and finance.

Qualifications

  • First Degree in any discipline.
  • Membership of CIIN, Bancassurance Certification, or Agent proficiency Certification is an advantage.
  • Public speaking experience.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience creating and delivering presentations tailored to the audience's needs.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

Experience Requirements

  • Two (2) years post-NYSC experience.
  • Experience in a similar role, particularly in business development and customer service.
