As an Occupational Health Officer at Lily Hospitals, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of the hospital's employees. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining occupational health and safety policies and programs. Your role will involve advising on safety topics, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with health regulations and policies.

You will organize Occupational Health Safety training and health screenings for employees, inspect premises to enforce safety measures, and manage employee health records.
