Natony Limited, a reputable Nigerian contracting company, is seeking a highly experienced Cost Estimator to join our team in Warri, Delta. With a strong focus on civil, mechanical fabrications and installations, electrical and instrumentation, diving and ROV operations, corrosion control, pipelines construction, subsea surveys, inspection maintenance salvage, and the operation and maintenance of oil and gas facilities, Natony Limited has grown to achieve international recognition. As a Cost Estimator at Natony Limited, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects, including accommodations, catering facilities, office refurbishments, and airport runway constructions. You will collaborate with the project team to develop accurate cost estimates and assist in gathering industry benchmark data necessary to refine these estimates. Your role will involve creating and updating an Estimating Plan and Basis of Estimate for project cost data, ensuring consistency between cost and schedule assumptions, and supporting project assurance reviews.

Responsibilities
- Develop cost estimates for facilities projects in collaboration with the project team.
- Focus on infrastructure estimates related to accommodations, catering facilities, office refurbishments, airport runways, etc.
- Interface with project team members to identify and update status of CE-related risks.
- Assist in gathering industry benchmark data to refine cost estimates.
- Develop and update the Estimating Plan and Basis of Estimate for project cost data.
- Work with Project Controls and other team members to develop the WBS, CBS, and OBS.
- Regularly review cost estimates with the scheduler to ensure consistency between cost and schedule assumptions.
- Support project assurance reviews related to cost and schedule.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated estimating experience of at least 10 years.
- An Engineering or Quantity Surveyor degree.
- Membership of AACE or an equivalent professional body is an advantage.
Education Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of verifiable experience in cost estimating.
Skills
- Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities.
- Proficiency in developing cost estimates for various types of infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication and interfacing skills with project team members.
- Ability to gather and analyze industry benchmark data.
- Proficiency in developing and updating project cost data and plans.
- Knowledge of WBS, CBS, and OBS development.
- Ability to ensure consistency between cost and schedule assumptions.
