We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Consultant Ophthalmologist to join our prestigious practice in Warri, Nigeria. This role is responsible for clinical, managerial, financial aspects and clinical governance of the ophthalmology department. The Consultant Ophthalmologist will provide specialized eye care and expert ophthalmic advice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the health sector, and must hold a Fellowship degree from the West African College of Surgeons or the National Postgraduate Medical College or a relevant qualification.

As a Consultant Ophthalmologist, you will conduct comprehensive eye examinations, diagnose eye conditions, and prescribe appropriate treatment plans. You will also perform surgeries including cataract removal, LASIK, corneal transplants, and other specialized procedures as needed. Providing expert consultations to patients, offering guidance on eye health, surgical options, and potential treatment plans are also key responsibilities of this role. Qualifications
