Responsibilities
- Laundry Sorting and Processing: Separate laundry by colors, fabric types, and care instructions. Check for stains, tears, or damages.
- Operating Laundry Equipment: Use washing machines, dryers, ironing machines, and steamers safely and efficiently.
- Loading and Unloading: Load and unload machines properly, ensuring even distribution.
- Stain Treatment and Preparation: Identify and treat tough stains, handle delicate fabrics carefully.
- Folding, Ironing, and Packaging: Fold clothes neatly, iron garments, package items according to specifications.
- Inventory Control and Maintenance: Maintain laundry supplies, equipment, report any issues.
- Customer Service and Communication: Assist customers, provide information, ensure satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for cleanliness and quality, address issues promptly.
- Safety and Hygiene Procedures: Follow safety regulations, use protective equipment.
