We are currently seeking a proactive and dynamic Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Asaba, Delta. This role is critical to our lead generation efforts, involving the identification, engagement, and conversion of potential clients interested in property transactions. The Client Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for nurturing leads, guiding clients through the buying and selling process, arranging property viewings, preparing marketing materials, and promoting new listings through social media channels. Additionally, the specialist will manage CRM data input, establish professional relationships with industry professionals, and stay updated on real estate market trends.

The ideal candidate should have an OND, HND, or BSc in Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field, along with 3-10 years of proven experience in client acquisition within the real estate or insurance sectors. A goal-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to work autonomously are essential for this role. The candidate must also be proficient in sales and communication, both written and verbal, and be reliable and detail-oriented.

This full-time, on-site position offers a monthly salary of 100,000 Naira, commission on sales, and additional welfare perks. Proximity to Asaba, Delta is essential for this role.
