We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant (Remote, Contract) to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth communication within the company and with our clients. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for handling correspondence, maintaining databases, organizing files, preparing reports, and assisting with research and projects.

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 5 pm US Eastern Time. This part-time position requires a commitment to work 7 hours a day, ensuring tasks and projects are completed efficiently and on time.

We are looking for a hard-working, dedicated, and reliable individual who can work independently and as part of a team. You must have a laptop (no tablets allowed), a reliable high-speed internet connection, and the ability to install company software on your computer.

Job Detail

Responsibilities

  • Handle correspondence and respond to emails.
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly, project, and training tasks on time.
  • Answer calls that come into the main phone line.
  • Maintain database and update information daily.
  • Organize and maintain online files and documents.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Assist with research and projects as needed.
  • Act as a point of contact for the company, answering inquiries as needed.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, candidates, and team members.
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Take notes for business calls.
  • Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
