The primary responsibilities of this role include attending to and resolving enrollees' inquiries, logging all interactions for management analysis, engaging in the vetting of healthcare bills, and ensuring all received claims are benchmarked with pre-authorized codes. Additionally, the Quality Assurance Nurse will be responsible for investigating and reporting incidents of abuse or neglect, following up on enrollees' progress during admissions, and participating in case management through scheduled and unscheduled visits. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of nursing and midwifery experience, proficiency with computers and communication equipment, and possess recognized additional training in primary healthcare and midwifery.

Job Detail
Responsibilities
- Attend to and resolve all enrollees' inquiries.
- Ensure that all complaints are promptly resolved on first call resolution or escalated appropriately.
- Meticulously log all interactions for management analysis and documentation.
- Engage in the vetting of bills from healthcare facilities.
- Benchmark received claims with pre-authorized codes.
- Review all received bills and contact enrollees for service authorization.
- Investigate and report incidents of abuse, neglect, or maltreatment.
- Follow up on enrollees on admission to evaluate and document progress.
- Assist the care team with developing and accessing health interventions.
- Participate in case management through visits to enrollees on admission.

Qualifications
- Graduate Professional Nurse.
