Pause Factory Resources Limited is a leading business and management consulting firm that leverages people's emotions and performance architecture to solve organizational challenges and craft organizational transformation. We are currently seeking a Head, HR to manage all aspects of human resources, administrative functions, and compliance within our medical manufacturing division.
The Head, HR will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and regulations. This role will oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes. The successful candidate will support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Additionally, the Head, HR will administer employee benefits and compensation programs, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, manage employee relations, and coordinate administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification preferred), with a minimum of 9 years of experience as an HR professional, including at least 4 years in a managerial role. Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the medical manufacturing or healthcare industry, is essential. The candidate must have the ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills, a strong understanding of labor laws, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications
