As an Area Sales Executive at Sun King, you will play a crucial role in driving sales across consumer channels within your assigned territory. You will work closely with the Commercial team (Partnership Sales) to serve existing and potential Microfinance Institution partners by providing product and service information, while resolving product issues effectively. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, resolving client queries, conducting product and sales trainings, and supporting marketing campaigns.

You will need to be ready to travel frequently (up to 75% of the time) and possess excellent communication and people skills. Your ability to think clearly and solve problems, coupled with a results-oriented mindset, will be essential for achieving measurable goals. You should also be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, and fluent in both written and spoken English and the local language corresponding to your area of assignment (Yoruba / Edo / Igbo / Hausa).

Job Detail


  • Drive sales across consumer sales channels in the assigned territory.
  • Manage branch-level inventory.
  • Receive and resolve client queries within stipulated guidelines and timelines.
  • Provide assistance towards trade activations and marketing campaigns as per set plans.
  • Plan and conduct product and sales trainings for partner staff.
  • Fulfill aftersales and warranty requirements within a reasonable time.
  • Consolidate reports on competitors, routes traveled, branches visited, sales and stock positions.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
