The Electrical Maintenance Manager will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of electrical technicians to ensure all electrical maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role involves developing and implementing electrical maintenance plans and schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Routine inspections of electrical systems and equipment will be conducted to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot electrical problems and provide timely and effective solutions while ensuring compliance with all electrical safety regulations and standards.
This position requires coordination with other departments to schedule electrical maintenance activities and minimize disruption to operations. Maintaining accurate records of all electrical maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks, is a key responsibility. The candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting control circuit faults, working on PLC machines, maintaining drives and electronic cards, and a strong fundamental knowledge of electrical and electronics. Exposure to ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office applications are also required.

- A minimum of HND/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5-8 years' work experience as a supervisor in Injection Molding Electrical Maintenance department.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting control circuit faults.
- Experience working on PLC machines.
- Ability to perform maintenance on drives and electronic cards.
- Strong fundamental knowledge of electrical and electronics.
- Exposure to ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office applications.
