We are currently seeking a trustworthy and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Asaba, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting and financial practices and regulations, possess excellent computer and communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to handle large amounts of numerical data with accuracy. As an Accountant at Satelite Group, you will be responsible for compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data, creating periodic reports, maintaining accurate financial records, performing audits, and assisting management in decision-making processes.

Job Detail
Responsibilities
- Complying with all company accounting and financial regulations.
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
- Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
- Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities.
- Maintaining accurate financial records.
- Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
- Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
- Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Stock management.
