As a Sales Agent at MiCash in Owerri, Nigeria, you will represent our office in the sale of products and product marketing within and around our coverage areas. This role involves working with a dynamic team and playing a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting our financial products.
Key responsibilities will include identifying potential customers, explaining the benefits of MiCash products, and assisting customers in the application process. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers and providing them with exceptional service.

Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote MiCash products.
- Explain the benefits of MiCash prepaid debit cards and other financial products.
- Assist customers in the application and onboarding process.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of MiCash in the region.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
