OGEYI PLACE HOTEL is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Responsibilities

  • Maintain high visibility for the hotel through direct sales.
  • Ensure full coverage of your portfolio, engaging with all levels of accounts' management and departmental executives to offer comprehensive client service.
  • Develop and implement sales objectives and action plans to surpass set targets.
  • Attract and handle transient and group business and meetings.
  • Adhere to selling strategies during negotiations and maximize up-selling opportunities when feasible.
  • Maintain an updated understanding of the hotel's unique selling points, features, amenities, services, and policies.
  • Create corporate offer letters, annual contracts, and other necessary business documents.
  • Provide insights on evolving market conditions and competition trends through direct sales, phone, or mail.
