Lufor Technical Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced NDE Artisan to join our team in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. As an NDE Artisan, you will be responsible for performing non-destructive examinations (NDE) to ensure the integrity and safety of various industrial components and systems.
This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, along with IATA and ASNT Level I certifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in non-destructive testing techniques, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Job Detail
Responsibilities
- Conduct non-destructive examinations (NDE) using various techniques such as ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant testing.
- Interpret and evaluate test results in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of examination results.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure the timely completion of inspection tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all inspection activities.
- Maintain and calibrate NDE equipment to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes and techniques.

Qualifications
- IATA and ASNT Level I certifications in non-destructive testing.
