The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least two years of experience in an accounting role. The role demands an individual who is detail-oriented, honest, and fully compliant as a tax practitioner. You will be involved in various financial operations including reconciling income statements, managing the master data of the general register, and overseeing online banking payments. Your expertise will be crucial in advising clients on financial transactions, conducting audits, and ensuring complete compliance with state authorities.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the duties of the accounting team.
- Implement accounting systems and processes.
- Reconcile income statements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Control the master data of the general register.
- Review and release online banking payments.
- Ensure compliance with state revenue service.
- Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support.
- Manage the full financial process.
- Prepare an expense budget report.
- Assess financial risks and suggest preventive measures.
- Liaise with clients, business partners, auditors, and vendors.
- Ensure complete compliance with state authorities.
- Offer expert financial advice and services to clients.
- Investigate and rectify any financial discrepancies.
- Conduct internal and external audits.
- Advise clients on financial transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Help clients with reciprocity agreements, training agreements, or similar tax/payment-related queries.
- Analyze the company's financial systems and procedures.
- Process online payments and bank statements.
- Prepare and forecast budget reports.
- Prevent or suggest ways to stop any fraudulent activities.
- Negotiate monetary terms with vendors.
- Provide assistance with tax planning.
