Our platform enables digital drug quality authentication, inventory management, payments, and financing for independent pharmacies and related businesses. As a Territory Sales Officer, you will be responsible for selling RxAll's loan and software products to various clients, including pharma companies, FMCGs, wholesalers, hospitals, pharmacies, chemists, Ministries of Health (MOHs), and Food and Drug Authorities (FDAs) within the Oyo and Osun sales territory. This role demands a proactive individual capable of planning, executing, measuring, tracking, and achieving significant sales targets. You will work closely with customer success officers to ensure an exceptional customer experience and maintain strategic relationships with key customer groups.

In addition to sales, your responsibilities will include acquiring both cash and credit customers, preparing credit risk assessments, and managing debt recovery processes. Your ability to prevent credit defaults and collect default monies will be crucial to the role. Strong technical knowledge of our products and the capacity to develop proposals and presentations for technical conferences are essential.

To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of three years of experience as a medical sales representative, preferably with a background in the pharma industry. You should possess strong multi-tasking capabilities, excellent relationships across the pharma supply chain, and the ability to deliver results using metrics.

Job Detail

Responsibilities

  • Selling RxAll Loan and Software Products to pharma companies, FMCGs, wholesalers, hospitals, pharmacies, chemists, MOHs, and FDAs in the Oyo and Osun sales territory.
  • Planning, executing, measuring, tracking, and achieving up to 100M Naira in monthly sales.
  • Increasing customer wallet size, number of transactions, and retention.
  • Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key customer groups.
  • Acquiring both cash and credit customers.
  • Preparing credit risk assessments, credit briefs, and credit documentation.
  • Preventing credit defaults and managing debt recovery.
  • Working with customer success officers to ensure optimal customer experience.
  • Reporting on sales goals, initiatives, activities, and results using metrics.
