Responsibilities
- Welcome patients to the reception area with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Register patients, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.
- Offer general assistance to patients, answering questions and providing information as needed.
- Maintain correspondence between the office and the public via phone, email, and other provided means of communication.
- Keep the office area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar.
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing patient records.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Handle billing and payment processes as required.
