Job Detail

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including headhunting on LinkedIn and utilizing ATS for applicant tracking.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures to management and employees.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of training programs for employee development.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create development plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Develop and update HR policies in line with current labor laws and regulations.
  • Ensure company policies are communicated and adhered to by all employees.
  • Stay updated on legislative changes affecting HR practices.
  • Administer performance review processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
  • Support managers in conducting effective performance evaluations.
  • Identify opportunities for employee development and growth.
  • Enhance employee engagement through the development and implementation of various initiatives and events.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to improve engagement strategies.
