The Project Manager will coordinate the development of Functional Interaction Plans, resolve project issues, handle change requests, and endorse change authorizations. This role is crucial for the completion of assigned work scopes consistent with Project Objectives. The Project Manager will engage the Project Team and functional resources to ensure that design and construction align with project specifications and standards, serving as an interface between the Project Team and Contractors, and ensuring smooth transitions between project stages.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development of Functional Interaction Plans.
- Resolve project issues and coordinate the resolution process.
- Handle and endorse change requests and change authorizations.
- Ensure the completion of assigned work scopes consistent with Project Objectives.
- Engage Project Team and functional resources to verify design and construction align with project specifications and standards.
- Serve as the interface between the Project Team and Contractors.
- Ensure smooth transitions between project stages.
