We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team in Sagamu, Ogun. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for drawing up periodic maintenance schedules, planning, and executing them as per schedule. The role includes overseeing the electrical and mechanical maintenance of the factory, managing spare parts inventory, ensuring machine maintenance, and reducing machine downtime. The successful candidate will also handle the installation of new machines and periodical maintenance of generators and compressors. This position requires leading a team of maintenance support staff for electrical, mechanical, and generator operations.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and possess 8-14 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in a production company. Experience in film production, film processing, or converting companies is an advantage. Additionally, experience in setting up new production units from the maintenance department is preferred. The salary range for this position is between N250,000 and N500,000.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for drawing periodic maintenance schedules, planning, and executing as per schedule.
- Responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance of the factory.
- Managing spare parts inventory and MOQ of each of the spares and consumables.
- Overseeing machine maintenance cards with approval from production heads.
- Attending to urgent breakdowns.
- Conducting periodical generator maintenance and compressors.
- Providing support for the installation of new machines.
- Handling a team of maintenance support for electrical, mechanical, and generator operations.
- Raising spare part requisites for stock to the Head of Purchase to avoid stock out when required.
- Reducing the downtime of machines.
- Responsible for reducing the downtime of the machine which can be quantified.

Qualifications
