We are now looking for a skilled and experienced Farm Manager to join our team in Shagamu, Ogun. The Farm Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our agribusiness operations, including crop and livestock management, sales, and marketing. This role requires a strong leader with extensive knowledge of agricultural practices, project management skills, and the ability to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a background in agribusiness development, sales, and marketing, with a minimum of eight years of relevant experience. They will be responsible for leading and managing the farm team, ensuring optimal productivity, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The Farm Manager will also be involved in strategic planning, budgeting, and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all farm operations, including crop and livestock management
- Develop and implement strategies for agribusiness development, sales, and marketing
- Lead and manage the farm team, ensuring high productivity and performance
- Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and safety standards
- Develop and manage budgets, including cost analysis and forecasting
- Maintain accurate records of farm activities, production, and sales
- Monitor and evaluate farm performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives and business opportunities
- Provide training and development for farm staff
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company goals
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in agricultural technology, and best practices
