We are now looking for a skilled and experienced Chief Security Officer to join our team in Shagamu, Ogun. The Chief Security Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols in the organization. This role involves assessing and identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure the safety of personnel, assets, and property. The Chief Security Officer will also ensure that all employees comply with safety regulations and standards and provide necessary training and education to promote security awareness. Additionally, they will oversee all aspects of security operations, including physical security, emergency response planning, and risk management.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols
- Assess and identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure the safety of personnel, assets, and property
- Oversee all aspects of security operations, including physical security, emergency response planning, and risk management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Provide training and education to employees to promote security awareness
- Monitor and review security measures and procedures regularly
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
- Manage security staff and contractors
- Conduct security audits and inspections
- Prepare and present security reports to senior management
- Stay updated on advancements in security technology, regulations, and industry best practices
